- 1. You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 120 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 2. Please contact our customer service department via email info@disposableseatcovers.com and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. Please wrap the package securely and note the Returned Goods Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. A $15.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for products that are returned without the manufacturers original box or if the box is damaged. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval. 3. Products that have been installed are non-returnable 4.Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 60 days 5. Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight. 6.Only the cost of the product will be refunded - not the cost of freight
